Your role in our team
As our new Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in the Space Systems Quality Assurance team in Lystrup. Terma produces mission-critical equipment where quality and reliability are of utmost importance, and as part of the independent Q-function, you will help prevent defects, ensure compliance, and support the on-time delivery of high-reliability products to our customers.
You will be part of our global QHSE function and work closely with a small, dedicated Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of quality, drive continuous improvement, and provide expert guidance on quality matters throughout the project lifecycle.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining project-specific quality assurance plans for space projects, including continuously improving quality processes and documentation
- Participating in design, manufacturing, and qualification reviews, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and customers to ensure compliance and high reliability
- Leading investigations of product non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions, and mitigating potential risks across design, manufacturing, and the supply chain
- Overseeing product qualification and testing activities, and managing quality reporting to customers
- Supporting the team in ensuring consistent application of quality standards and sharing best practices across projects
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who has:

- An engineering degree in electronics or a related field
- Experience in Quality Assurance within space projects
- Experience working in international, customer-facing projects
- Experience with product quality assurance and quality standards
5-10 years of experience and general experience within any of the following is an advantage but not a requirement:

- Quality analysis tools (8D, FMEA, Root cause analysis)
- Knowledge of standards used in Space industry is an advantage
