  • Ensure internal tools materially improve employee productivity and enable a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Ensure client-facing platforms add tangible value for users and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Clarify and uphold the division of responsibilities between Product and Technology with Product accountable for business outcomes and Technology accountable for solution delivery.

AI Leadership and Enablement

  • Identify, prioritize, and champion AI use cases that enhance client value and internal workflows.
  • Build organizational fluency around AI opportunities, trade-offs, and limitations through education and applied use cases.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with data privacy, security, ethical use, and legal-industry standards.

Product Delivery and Execution

  • Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive prioritization and sequencing decisions across competing initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Hold the product team accountable for delivery quality, timeliness, and outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor product performance metrics, including adoption, usage, business impact, and client satisfaction.

Go-to-Market and Commercialization

  • Lead product launches with clear positioning for clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive adoption, usage, and value realization.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and guide iteration based on usage data, feedback, and business results.
