About the Program

Adidvara is a digital platform designed to connect Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with Assistive Technology(AT). It enables better access to learning, jobs (livelihood), and living opportunities in one place.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail oriented Product Development Associate to join our team. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, development team, testing team and the end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product requirements: Gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders.
  • Product roadmap: Help maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives for the App and its features.
  • User experience: Work with the design team to create user centered design (keeping in mind the accessibility guidelines) that meet product requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Launch planning: Assist in planning and executing launch of the various versions of the App.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Desired skills and qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any of the Engineering fields (Computer Science or, Electronics Engineering is a plus).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst/product developer or related field.

Technical Skills: Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Trello etc. Familiarity with design tools like CANVA, FIGMA , ADOBE XD is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to the changing priority.
