Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our SaaS application designed to help organizations manage their information security risk program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of information security.
This opportunity allows you to work as a fully remote Product Manager in a booming industry for a premier cybersecurity company headquartered in Madison, SD. As the Product Manager for TRAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by leading the design, development, and launch of new features—including advanced AI capabilities—across our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where emerging technologies can deliver tangible value to our customers, streamline risk management workflows, and maintain our competitive advantage in the cybersecurity industry. Your leadership will ensure TRAC continues to evolve with cutting-edge solutions that address real-world client needs and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you will be a leader within the company, accountable for executing on the product roadmap by:

Develop and execute the product strategy for our information security risk management SaaS application.
Lead stakeholder discussions with internal and external stakeholders to help develop, refine and document the product requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, audit, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
Work closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing enhancements.
Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
