As a Project Manager you are responsible for successful implementations and the satisfaction of our customers. You will have a leading role for different projects that you will do simultaneously, based on knowledge and experience. You will work in a team with a motivated and dynamic team of professionals.
As a project manager you are responsible for:
- Drawing up a project plan and making agreements and supervising its implementation;
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects;
- Determine the scope and implementation of the project and plan the work accordingly;
- Assembling a team of competent consultants;
- Maintaining a helicopter view on the implementation of our solutions;
- Preparing a kick-off presentation in which you seek coordination between all stakeholders;
- Monitoring the project planning, project scope and budget;
- Monitoring project and/or task progress, ensuring optimal quality, identifying bottlenecks and acting accordingly;
- Creating and maintaining a risk log and taking timely action for all risks;
- Periodically reporting to your manager and client on project progress, budget quality and risks;
- You initiate innovative project management opportunities;
- Managing expectations both internally and externally;
- Building long-term relationships with existing and new customers and identifying commercial opportunities.
You have the following:
- A professional HBO education and thinking level, supplemented with training in project management and relevant work experience in this field;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the role of project manager in the IT industry, preferably of SaaS solutions;
- Good teaching skills;
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking skills;
- Knowledge and experience in drawing up project plans, project budgets and tenders;
- Knowledge and experience in leading projects and functionally managing project teams;
- Living in the Netherlands and your native language is Dutch;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
In addition to flexible working hours and the option to work from home, you will receive a market-conform salary and secondary employment conditions (including a lease car) in line with your experience, a bonus plan based on company turnover, mobile phone and laptop, 28 days of vacation per year and a home working allowance of €50 net per month.
