Permit Administrator I
HFA is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Permit Administrator I to join our growing fully integrated architecture and engineering team and help drive the success of retail projects nationwide. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the permitting process from start to finish—working independently to manage documentation, coordinate with jurisdictions, and communicate directly with clients and internal teams. You’ll also be an advocate for project excellence, support complex projects, and collaborate with a talented group of professionals in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
