Job Title - Data Engineer
Location - Remote
Duration - 12 Plus Months
Rate - DOE
Work Authorization – USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4EAD, TN, L2EAD

Job Description

Participate in design and development of Python / Fast API based service components
Design versioned service endpoints that evolve over time
Deploy components in a Cloud-based Kubernetes environment
Build SQL DDL and DML Queries that execute against Snowflake and PostgreSQL environments
Perform unit and integration testing in PyTest
2+ years of proven professional Python development experience
1+ years of experience using FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQL Alchemy Frameworks
2+ years of experience with automated unit testing using PyTest
(Preferred) Experience building metadata driven highly dynamic services
(Preferred) Experience building SQL DDL and DML Queries for running Data Analytics against Large Data Sets (Snowflake)
Experience with RESTful APIs (preferably utilizing HATEOAS)
Experience with using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Preferred)
