Requirements:
Provide Level 1-1.5 end-user support for SAP applications, diagnose workflow/security/access related issues, and guide vendors on fixes (not responsible for fixing issues).
Assist with end-user testing for the cloud ECC lift-and-shift project and collaborate with IT and business users to validate changes.
Provide day-to-day administration and support for Strategic Sourcing systems, and create specifications for system enhancements and client acceptance tests.
Support process improvement initiatives, data cleansing, training, and knowledge transfer; work with Accounts Payable, Finance, Strategic Sourcing and IT to optimize SAP systems.

Core skills – - Experience with the SAP modules FTM (Finance to Manage) and P2P (Procure to Pay) are most important. - Experience with the SAP modules P2P (Procure to Pay) - Experience with the SAP modules SRM (Strategic Relationship Management) - Experience with the SAP modules SCM (Supplier Change Management) are required. . - Speedway uses both the Portal and GUI options. Experience with PI and PO is also helpful. - The candidate should have both functional and technical experience. - They will work with end users to diagnose issues but most of the issues are workflow/security/access related. - Speedway is in the process of doing a lift & shift of their SAP ECC to a cloud environment so this candidate will also assist with end user testing of the new environment. - Strong communication skills are required. - They will provide Level 1-1.5 support to end users. -They troubleshoot and diagnose issues but will not be responsible for fixing issues. -They will provide instructions to their managed service vendor (Client) on how to fix issues. -These Client individuals work from India so strong communication skills is important – both with business users and with India colleagues. -The most important skill is a "can do” attitude – willingness to roll up their sleeves and dig into diagnosing problems.

Collaborate with representatives from Accounts Payable, Finance, Strategic Sourcing and IT in support of SAP systems. Support leading Strategic Sourcing practices and continual process improvement initiatives Data Cleansing activities and knowledge transfer. Identify, prioritize, and solve high-impact business problems. Identify, visualize, and analyze data from a variety of sources to obtain business insights.
