Skills:
Salesforce technical developer with hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Develops HTML email templates, SFMC templates & components, landing pages, and scripting
Utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards.
Data/process migration from other marketing tools (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Focus - Solution architecture / design experience within SaaS, CRM, MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) is strongly preferred, specifically projects within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Certifications - Marketing Cloud certifications strongly preferred (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant). Similar certifications against other MAPs a plus (Pardot, Eloqua)
Technology - Marketing Cloud focus in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio necessary. Related experience with CRM (Salesforce / Sales Cloud) Integration tools (JBINT, Data Stream, MCConnector) a plus
Monitor SFMC's usage, perform administrator duties including managing user permissions and accessibility, create and manage the distribution of the training library for current employee growth and new hire success and onboarding

Provide support to corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud

Marketing Cloud subject matter expert Identifying areas to drive client IT enhancements and process improvements based on knowledge of the Financial Services industry and relevant technology available.
Workcollaboratively with delivery and account teams to execute against the customer's roadmap through the implementation and delivery of Salesforce marketing solutions.
When appropriate, recommend additional Salesforce & Cloud solutions needed to drive success.
Establish a network within accounts from the Executive-Level down, to helpcustomers, achieve their objectives.
Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously
