4+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java and/or Scala

Utilize development tools and processes (Jenkins, Rundeck, SVN/Crucible/Jira, Git/Stash) to support development and deployment

Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: 6 Months+

Role 1: (2 People)

Apache Nifi
- Deeply passionate about learning and innovating using the latest and greatest in big data engineering, cloud and open source
- Strong design skills for individual applications (solution architecture) and across applications (enterprise architecture)
- 4+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with expertise in languages such Java and/or Scala;
- 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Apache Ignite and Apache NiFi etc.
- Experience/knowledge of other integration technologies
- Strong data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling and data manipulation skills, such as in SQL, Stored Procedures, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server/PostgreSQL
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to produce quality results in an evolving and a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with development tools such as Jenkins, Rundeck, SVN/Crucible/Jira, Git/Stash etc.
