Experience with AWS (including AWS Connect) and AWS certifications preferred
Strong test automation for regression testing across AWS backend, UI/frontend, and security components
Extensive API testing experience (manual and automated) with ability to build API automated tests using C# and SpecFlow
Azure DevOps experience: running scripts, reporting, and creating test suites

Requirements:

Design, develop, and execute automated regression tests across AWS backend, UI/frontend, and security layers
Lead API testing efforts: implement and maintain automated API test suites using C# and SpecFlow; perform manual API testing as needed
Validate data and configurations by querying SQL databases and translating test data into test scenarios; use Postman for scripting where applicable
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, communicate effectively with minimal guidance, and manage test execution in Azure DevOps including scripting, reporting, and suite maintenance

Job description

Position: SDET
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE

( USC, GC, GCEAD and L2EADS are only preferred)

Highly preferred Experience with AWS Connect

Strong AWS experience needed certification preferred
Test Automation for Regression Testing - AWS backend, UI/Frontend testing, Security etc
Extensive experience/Knowledge of API testing manual and automated
Ability to Run scripts through tools such as Postman and ability to transpose data from the test and how it relates to test scenarios
Ability to build API automated tests using automation frameworks (C#, SpecFlow)
Ability to query and understand complex to simple SQL dB queries to verify data or make configuration changes
Strong communication skills with an ability to work with little or no guidance in stressful situations
Knowledge of response errors or ability to identify and troubleshoot through Browser testing utilizing web tools
Knowledge of mature Agile process and operations ceremonies and willingness to be vocal in all ceremonies
Azure DevOps Experience running scripts from ADO, reporting and creating suites within
