  • Troubleshoot POS-related issues by analyzing logs with Splunk or similar tools
  • Utilize remote administration tools such as Kaseya and SCCM to monitor and remediate endpoints
  • Create and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell and/or Python; be flexible to work during US night hours

POS Support Analyst 100% Remote
Position type 06 months' contract
Start Date - Immediately
Salary - DOE

Education & Experience
  • Experience in R/D support tools like Kaseya, SCCM
  • Windows 7/10 administration level for troubleshooting the logs
  • Splunk or similar tool to analyze the logs
  • Experience in Scripting languages like PowerShell/Python
  • PoS domain experience
  • Critical/Analytical thinking
  • Flexible to working during US night hours
