Skills Required
10 years' experience with Client/Mercury Interactive suite of automated testing tools required (version 11.5 (and above) of Load Runner/Performance Center).
Hands-on experience with Load Runner Cloud and Jmeter.
Working knowledge of various LR protocols - required. (WebServices & WebHTTPHTML protocols is a must).
4 + years of hands-on experience working with server monitoring tools (AppDynamics and Splunk)
Experience load testing Microservices
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
Experience using Sharepoint, working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI will be a good add-on.
Working knowledge of SQL – can create ad-hoc queries to verify test results or troubleshoot issues.
Programming experience, preferably C/C++, Java, and shell scripting a plus.
Knowledge of C is required for scripting purposes. Java/ Shell Scripting/ Python is plus.
Good analysis skills are required.
Working knowledge of software/hardware quality assurance methodologies.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile and Scrum)
Agile process hands-on experience is required.
Knowledge of Batch Jobs processing. Performance Testing of applications without the use of The Loadrunner tool.
Excellent communication skills required - able to communicate well with Functional Test Manager, project team, other Testing Eng. Svcs team members.
Skilled at leading meetings, documenting test results, status updates, etc.
Flexibility when needed for overlap onshore hours
Good understanding and skill with performance engineering.
Additional
Good to have but optional hands-on experience with postman / jmeter and jprofiler.
