Experience with monitoring data processing jobs, job recovery via SOPs, and load/status reporting

Requirements:

Job monitoring (Raw - Compaction - Mirror - Applications - Spotfire caching)
Incidents / SR Triage to the DevOps team
Communication and coordination with SMEs, DevOps track, Ingestion Platform teams for resolution
Incident resolution - SOP driven

Role: L1/L2 Consultant
Location: Remote (CST)
Duration: 6 Months+

Job monitoring (Raw - Compaction - Mirror - Applications - Spotfire caching)
Incidents / SR Triage to the DevOps team
Communication and coordination with SMEs, DevOps track, Ingestion & Platform teams for resolution
Incident resolution - SOP driven
Re-run failed jobs - SOP instructions
Perform job recovery by following AWS step function - SOP
Closure of owned incident post successful job recovery
Load status reporting
SOP creation for standard and repetitive activities
