Job description

Sr. DW Production Support Lead (On-Prem and Azure)
Chicago, IL (100% REMOTE ROLE)

Job Description:

Must have 8+ years of experience in DW Production Support
Should be good in Azure, Databricks, AND SQL; Having Informatica knowledge will be an advantage.
Should have experience in leading production support for multiple DW applications both on-prem and cloud
Managing teams spread across various regions.
Can be from any domain but preferred from Tax/Audit/Advisory experience, not a must
Drive customer satisfaction across incidents and projects
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly governance structure with team members and customers and ensure that periodic account reviews are conducted, and critical issues are reported and addressed
Manage demand forecasting and report demand fulfillment against the forecasted demand
Mentor, train, and supervise staff.
Participate in Continuous Improvements Initiatives
Monitor and control delivery of a committed set of SLAs and Key Measures for a portfolio of customer applications cutting across various customer business lines
Must have knowledge of Service Now, Jira
