(Contract Lifecycle Management) CLM Business Analyst
Columbus OH – happy to have a local candidate -ok for remote as well.
Duration – 10 + months

Job Summary:
The CLM Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements of an organization and translating them into functional requirements for the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to ensure that the CLM system meets the organization's needs. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in business analysis, and knowledge of CLM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements for the CLM system.
Work with the technical team to ensure that the functional requirements are technically feasible and that the system is configured to meet the requirements.
Develop use cases and test scenarios to ensure that the system meets the functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where the CLM system does not meet the organization's needs.
Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on the CLM system.
Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure that they are able to use the system effectively.
Work with the project team to ensure that the CLM system is delivered on time and within budget.
Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on the progress of the business analysis activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with experience in implementing CLM systems.
Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and project management processes.
Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Confluence is preferred.
