4+ years of experience in Aravo in a techno-functional role
Extensive ARAVO experience in third-party risk/performance management (vendor intake/scoping, onboarding, contracts management, performance management)
Experience building new workflows in Aravo and editing/modifying workflows on an ongoing/ad-hoc basis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional communication and training

Requirements:

Design, build, and implement new workflows in Aravo; modify existing workflows on an ongoing/ad-hoc basis
Participate in scoping exercises for rollouts/deployments and assist with technical configuration updates (e.g., field structure, conditional logic)
Provide support and training to internal Aravo platform owners; lead communication with IT teams, business customers and other stakeholders to deliver projects
Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality; manage stakeholder relationships and collaboration to achieve project goals

Aravo - Techno Functional Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Job description

Looking for a Techno-Functional resource with at least 4 years of experience in Aravo
• Risk Management
• Vendor Management

Extensive experience with, and expertise in ARAVO – third-party risk/performance management product solution for Vendor intake/scoping, Vendor onboarding, contracts management, performance management, etc.
Must have experience building new workflows in Aravo
Experience editing/modifying workflows on an ongoing & ad-hoc basis.
Participate in scoping exercises for rollouts/deployments
Implement brand new workflows for lines of business
Help with support/training to internal platform owners, who are new to Aravo.
Assist with technical configuration and updates as required (example: change field structure, conditional logic, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leading and facilitating the communication with various IT teams, business customers and other stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects
Be delivery focused with ability to pay attention to details and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
