9-10+ years of BSA experience is required.
Very strong hold on SQL, Demonstrated Capability in writing queries, Joins, creating reports, etc.
Exposure to data warehouse projects, Data migration project is a must
Knowledge of Healthcare, Mater Data Management, and/or Marketing systems as a plus
Ability to facilitate business requirements, and elicitation sessions with multiple stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC and creating and developing business requirements.
Proficient in Visio to create process flows.
Create and apply diagrams that represent the flow, the process, and the transformation of data within various systems for current and future states.
Strong waterfall methodology experience is required and familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts would be a plus.
Capture and write document business requirements including system application flows and impacts.
Development of new process flows and functionality integration and adding any needed clarity to requirements as well as documenting progress.
Identifies potential issues and risks after conducting a gap analysis
Plans and consults with business stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports as needed.
Works within identified scope of the project and gathers business requirements by working with the business stakeholders, Business Architecture, IT, and Vendors (or Cross-functional technical teams).
