Senior Manager of IAM Engineering, Enterprise Access Review

Job description
The IAM Engineering Senior Manager will lead a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for Client. This position will include resource management and hands-on engineering of IAM solutions.
Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong resource management and engineering skills as well as the ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic IAM direction of the Client workforce.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Lead teams through the engineering of IAM solutions
• Lead or coordinate the IAM team's work and keep product teams on schedule
• Manage implementations and releases via CI/CD strategies
• Implementation of IAM technologies such as Radiant Logic, LDAP, Neo4J, Java/.NET Development, IGA systems for automated provisioning and deprovisioning, access recertification, MySQL, SAML, OpenID Connect, and REST/SCIM APIs
• Address issues and break down problems to be solved
Required Qualifications
– 7+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
– 5+ years of IAM engineering experience
– 3+ years of resource management
Preferred Qualifications
-General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc).
-Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.
-Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.
– Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and MySQL
– Experience with REST API integration
– Experience writing Linux shell scripts
– Product/Program management leadership
– CISSP preferred
– 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
