Job description

Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Fulltime
Salary: DOE

Responsibilities:

Provide written business requirements documents (BRD) inclusive of business, functional, non-functional, and user requirements that are actionable by development teams
Uses structured tools/Visio for analysis and presentation of concepts, process mapping and models to enhance the BRD
Accountable for Workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutions
Use appropriate visualizations for a given metric or nature of data
Define and execute scenario-based test plans
Develop, maintain and deliver documentations for the end-users
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure system modifications meet business needs
Develop, maintain and deliver training to Product users on both application functionality and integrations
Work with external consultants, internal and external developers throughout the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needs system integration specs & requirements documentation
working with various stakeholders for requirement elicitation and analysis in partnership with product management.
Scrum / Sprint backlog and Backlog management / epic and story creation
Coordinate and support software releases and post deployment validations

Qualifications:

7-8 Years experience as BA
Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
Excellent with tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence
Knowledge of SQL for analysis and reporting (Oracle /SQL server)
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Solid hands-on functional testing experience including Test Case Development with over 5 years of experience
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines

Must have: Working experience in dealing with large-scale enterprise systemsor product development.
Desired: Working experience on Salesforce products.
