Requirements:

  • Own execution of IT Project Management Deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including coordinating inputs from stakeholders, identifying required applications and integrations, data flows, and developing functional and technical architecture documentation and specifications.
  • Technical Implementation: ensure required resources are in place (human resources, technical environments, connectivity), follow-up development activities with stakeholders, plan and coordinate SIT, and prepare documentation for internal change and release management and handover to IT Operations and Support.
  • Risk Reviews and Governance: conduct risk reviews (Internal Risk Assessment, Data Risk Assessment, Information Security Risk Assessment), attend review forums, manage exceptions; coordinate project governance, plan activities and milestones per BSNY PM methodology, update plans, produce status reports, and drive gate clearances.
  • Demand management and procurement: complete forms for demand management and coordinate stakeholders, complete procurement forms at different stages, ensure adherence to internal policies and manage exceptions.

Job description
SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and IT functions
  • Knowledge of functional and technical architecture
  • Basic knowledge of operational risk management, data management and information security management
  • Knowledge of banking, specifically CIB and preferably Global Debt Financing products and Credit Risk Management: ability to understand requirements from business stakeholders, ask questions to extract the desired functionality.
  • MS Office practitioner, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent coordination skills: self-starter, proactive attitude towards tracking and reporting project activities.
FUNCTIONS:
Own execution of IT Project Management Deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
Technical solution definition:
  • identify all applications and integrations required to support any given business product or transaction
  • identify required functionalities by talking to the business stakeholders
  • identify data flows
  • develop functional and technical architecture documentation
  • develop technical specifications for the required functionality
  • coordinate the inputs from the different stakeholders involved

Technical Implementation:
  • Ensure all the resources required are in place for the different phases: human resources, technical environments, connectivity.
  • Follow-up of development activities with different stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate SIT
  • Prepare documentation for internal change and release management activities.
  • Prepare and execute handover to IT Operations and Support
  • Risk Reviews: completing forms, gather documentation, coordinate stakeholders, attend review forums, and manage exception requests as needed. Main Risk forums are:
  • Internal Risk Assessment
  • Data Risk Assessment
  • Information Security Risk Assessment
  • Project governance:
  • Coordinate inputs from different stakeholders for planning purposes
  • Plan activities and milestones according to BSNY PM methodology
  • Update plan as required
  • Produce status reports
  • Drive clearance of the different Gates per BSNY PM methodology: gather, and prepare documents, attend forums, obtain support from different stakeholders
  • Demand management and procurement processes related to the project:
  • Complete forms for demand management and coordinate different stakeholders
  • Complete forms for procurement at different stages of the process and coordinate the different stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, manage exceptions as required.
