Responsibilities:
This individual will oversee and handle the day-to-day client accounting services.
Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flow
Heavy client and vendor interaction
Respond to daily client or partner requests
Daily client cash management needs
New client intake and setup
Special projects as assigned
Qualification:
Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting or related field
Will consider applicants with transferable experience in industry to meet this qualification
Preferred experience level working with high profile and high net worth clientele: 5 - 7 years
Candidates who are close to this range are encouraged to still apply if you feel you meet the requisite skill level
Heavy bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge
High level of organization and attention to detail – critical thinking skills
Excellent client service orientation
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and clients with accuracy, dedication, and enthusiasm
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
High level working knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Bill.com
