Strong expertise in data modeling techniques and tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Requirements:
Shape and optimize data architecture for the Property and Casualty insurance domain to enable efficient data management and data-driven decision making

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Modeler with a background in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance. As a Data Modeler, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our data architecture, ensuring efficient data management, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the P&C insurance domain.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Data Modeler or Database Developer in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
Strong expertise in data modeling techniques and tools, such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of insurance industry concepts, including policy management, claims processing, underwriting, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with data integration processes and ETL tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and best practices.
Knowledge of emerging trends in data modeling and insurance technology is a plus.
