Requirements:

  • Backfill roles during enterprise ERP upgrade and support the ERP project for 6-9 months with potential extension
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React/Blazor, and SQL, in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with users, business analysts, and project managers to learn and analyze business processes and deliver solutions; provide estimates; participate in Agile planning
  • Perform and participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design artifacts (e.g., UML diagrams)

Large oil & Gas Company in Houston is seeking a full stack .NET developer for a 6-month contract. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years' .NET Development experience, React and/or Blazor, and SQL experience. Mendix/low-code development, Cloud, or Mobile experience would be preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
  • Mid/Senior level full stack .NET developer with React and Blazor
  • 1+ years of experience working with relational databases (SQL/Oracle)
  • 3+ years of experience with the following technologies: - Coding IDE – i.e., Visual Studio, .NET
  • Intermediate proficiency in source control practices and patterns (Git workflow, branching/merging, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud-native technologies
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting code reviews
  • Experience with low-code platforms like Mendix and PowerApps is a plus, but not required
  • Intermediate proficiency with stored procedures development knowledge
  • Intermediate proficiency in these technologies: - Web technologies such as RESTful Services, Web API, JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • JSON and/or XML exposure
  • Intermediate proficiency with creating and reading UML Diagrams
  • Intermediate proficiency with providing and reviewing estimates; Agile estimation and planning strongly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in creating and reviewing technical designs
  • Beginner knowledge of single sign-on technologies
  • Ability to quickly learn and analyze business processes, working closely with users, business analysts and project managers
  • Ability to handle various tasks and prioritize optimally in fast-paced environment supporting internal and external customers
  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable

Business Challenge
The customer has a large enterprise application upgrade happening across their enterprise. The internal employees on this team are being moved over to support this ERP project and need someone to backfill their role during this time. Estimated 6-9 months with possibility for extension
