Business Solutions Architect

Required:
10+ years of experience in the IT industry
Leadership and negotiation skills.
Advanced Communication and Presentation Skills (Verbal/Written)
Strong Workshop Management Skills
Prior experience with Agile program management systems, including:
Project transformation from Clarity to JIRA/ JIRA Align.
Integrating JIRA and Clarity for end-to-end program view.
Prior experience with JIRA/ JIRA Align administration including metrics, KPIs and reporting.
Prior experience building Agile reports using PowerBI or similar software.
Prior experience with Clarity reporting.
Building/working with: Architecture Diagrams, System Context Diagrams, Flow/Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams/documentation, Project Delivery (Agile/PDLC), JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio
Desired:
Experience with Agile Development Methodology in Clarity Modern.
Agile certification.
Experience of working in an Enterprise/ Financial Industry.
Education:
Possess a university degree/college diploma in related discipline(s)
