Proven ability to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs
Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and senior technology leaders; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Requirements:

Design and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SecOps, WSD, GRC, PA, ITBM and ITOM to support strategic business needs
Implement and manage core platform components including CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Asset Management, Virtual Agents, On-Call Scheduling, and Performance Analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior technology leaders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions; align work with SAFe, ITBM, and Application Portfolio Management
Work quickly and effectively in a remote environment, contributing as an independent contributor and as part of a project team to deliver the platform vision

seeking a skilled ServiceNow Sr. Developer/Architect to help build a strategic platform to improve IT and Business processes. This senior person will work with the ServiceNow team to help development solutions-based business needs and strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, Sec Ops, WSD, GRC, PA, ITBM and ITOM products. They will perform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs. Must be able to get up to speed very quickly, be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team. The position requires the candidate to work closely with key stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
