Should have the following skills:
Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances)
HRSD
Portal Development Angular/HTML/CSS
UIBuilder
Performance Analytics
Strong JavaScript skills
Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps REST, SOAP or other methods
ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API's
Automation configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
