Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SecOps components (Vulnerability Response, Vulnerability Manager, IT Remediation Workspace)
Experience integrating vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable) with ServiceNow and managing remediation workflows
Strong understanding of CMDB, configuration items (CIs), and their associations to vulnerabilities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in sprint-based environments; strong troubleshooting and configuration skills on the ServiceNow platform
Requirements:
Configure vulnerability assignment rules, remediation tasks, and watch topics; implement CI Lookup Rules to identify configuration items
Manage integration configuration with vulnerability scanning tools (such as Tenable) and oversee Vulnerability Manager and IT Remediation Workspace
Configure CMDB, CIs, and their associations to vulnerabilities; develop ServiceNow components and configurations for active application suites (modules, workflows, catalog requests, business rules, UI policies and actions, client scripts, ACLs)
Adhere to Agile team standards during sprints and troubleshoot platform component issues; apply configurations to the ServiceNow platform
Role Description:
The Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response SME and application developer on the ServiceNow O&M team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Configuration of vulnerability assignment rules, remediation tasks, and watch topics.
Understanding and implementing CI Lookup Rules for identifying configuration items.
Management of integration config. with vulnerability scanning tools (such as Tenable).
Config. and usage of Vulnerability Manager and IT Remediation Workspace.
Config. Management Database (CMDB), Config. Items (Cis), and their associations to vulnerabilities
Vulnerability data analysis and troubleshooting -Develop ServiceNow components and configurations related to active application suites (application modules, workflows, catalog requests, business rules, UI policies and actions, client scripts, ACLs)
Adhere to team standards for following the Agile methodology during sprints
