Experience with Qualtrics Employee Lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding)
Experience configuring Integration Center templates and file-based integrations (Employee Central and Qualtrics Directory)
Experience building onboarding and exit projects with surveys, automations, and dashboards
US Citizens or Green Card holders preferred
Requirements:
Enablement of pre-defined Employee Lifecycle onboarding and offboarding projects, including surveys, automation, dashboards, and integration templates for Employee Data, plus core hire/exit events
Setup and automation for Qualtrics Directory import and Integration Center integrations
Deliver Qualtrics Engagement scope: create one survey (up to 60 questions, up to 2 hierarchies) and a dashboard (up to 30 widgets) with results and recommendations within the agreed timeframe; advisory services for post-deadline analysis if needed
Remote delivery in English over 20 days (3 days/week); US Citizens or Green Card holders preferred

Qualtrics Engagement
• One (1) Survey: up to sixty (60) questions with up to 2 hierarchies to support a broad-reaching, organizational initiative (e.g., engagement) to gain consensus-level insight on a long-term cycle determined by the organization (e.g., annual).
• Dashboard: up to thirty (30) widgets
• Survey Results and Recommendations will be based on responses collected by agreed upon time.
• Additional responses collected after agreed up time can be reviewed, but advisory services need to be purchased to help with additional analysis
• Survey and Dashboard build in English, 3 days/week for a total of 20 days. Remote
