6-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Distribution domain
Strong Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) testing experience
Experience testing Warehouse Management System (WMS) inbound/outbound and Order Management (Sales/Purchase Orders) within ERP context
Proficient in QA processes across all testing phases, including test strategy, test plans, estimations, team sizing, and defect management using Jira/Zephyr Scale
Requirements:
Lead QA efforts for Oracle GTM testing in a 100% remote environment, coordinating onshore/offshore delivery
Develop test strategy and test plans, estimate efforts, determine team size, and create necessary test data to support E2E testing
Execute and prioritize test cases, publish daily/weekly testing reports, and coordinate with developers and vendors
Perform integration testing of web services (POSTMAN) and validate ERP/WMS integrations across Order Management, Inventory, and Logistics processes

Job Description
QA/Test Lead should have a minimum 6-7 years of experience on Supply chain & Distribution domain.
Should have good experience Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) testing.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain & Distribution Management domain
Strong understanding of testing Warehouse Operations like Order Management (Sales Order, Purchase Order), Customer, Supplier & Item management
Experience in testing WMS Inbound and Outbound processes
Good to have experience integration testing of web services using POSTMAN
Strong understanding of ERP system (Order Entry, Order Management) to perform Integration testing and E2E tests
Solid understanding of Industry Standards QA process and methodologies across all testing phases/cycles
Experience in analyzing the Requirement and translating them into building Test Strategy, Test Plan, Estimations, Team sizing etc.
Testing experience in creating test data and validate the standalone systems when e2e systems are not integrated
Strong experience in preparing test scenarios and publishing daily/weekly testing reports
A solid understanding of using Jira, Zephyr Scale for Test & defect management
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Quick learners and a very strong coordinator & communicator
Should be able to work with Developers and other vendors in working sessions.
Should have experience working in onshore-offshore delivery model
Strong communication and presentation skills
