My client is working on SAP Compensation Modernization from on-prem to SAP ECP (SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll solution)
We need Sr. Functional candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place.
Core responsibility will be validation of Data when migration is taking place.
They will primarily need to do validation.
SAP Success Factors Consultant role with hands on experience focused on Compensation and Variable Pay:
Should be independently able to manage large implementation projects such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements etc.
He should adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies.
Should have Good experience with SAP Integration Suite "
We need good mix of Functional and Technical candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place.
