Roles & Responsibilities

CPA or equivalent training/experience with the ability to understand finance business processes, financial systems, and data
Deep Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise, including integrations, data flows, data objects; knowledge of Oracle Cloud vs on-prem and hybrid cloud migration experience
Experience in FinTech Enterprise Architecture and FinTech Solution Architecture, with conceptual and logical architectures and familiarity with Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to interact with executive-level Finance and FinTech leadership and cross-functional teams (Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Core Financial Management, FDA, etc.)

Requirements:

Lead FinTech Enterprise Architecture (20%) and FinTech Solution Architecture (80%), interacting with Finance business leadership and FinTech tech leadership to provide overall architecture support across relevant domains
Develop conceptual and logical architectures aligned with the modern Finance technology landscape; drive architecture decisions and ARB approval processes
Guide technology evaluations and lead solution architecture efforts across FinTech teams, supporting cloud adoption and hybrid Oracle EBS to cloud migration strategies
Engage with executive-level audiences, communicating architecture roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business processes, data needs, and strategic objectives

Job description

FinTech Architecture – 100% Remote
Rate – DOE
Duration – 12 Months plus contract
Start date – ASAP

This is a lead architect role, someone with ideally a CPA or similar training / experience, who understands system architecture.
Candidate should have Tech depth with Oracle EBS.
Should be able to interact with our Finance business leadership as well as FinTech tech leadership across our Business Performance Management portfolio of technologies.
Core skills needed-

The role covers Fintech Enterprise Architecture (20%) and Fintech Solution Architecture (80%)
Should have experience with Conceptual and Logical Architecture, and have experience with modern Finance tech landscape.
Should have experience with Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval process
Work with Fintech teams to do technology evaluations. Should be a lead solution architect to engage with the various teams in Fintech, including Treasury and Tax, Accounting, Core Financial Management, FD&A, etc., to provide overall architecture support.
CPA is ideal, should be able to understand the finance business processes for financial systems and data.
Understands Oracle from a strategic capability standpoint and from a technical perspective understand integrations, data flows, data business objects, modules of oracle cloud vs on – prem.
The team is currently on Oracle on-prem; there are capabilities within the network for Oracle EBS – (Finance ERP) to move to cloud, would like someone who has moved to cloud, should be able to understand and work in a hybrid environment.
Should be able to engage with executive level audience.
