Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience implementing Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
  • Experience architecting and deploying scalable Palantir solutions; Palantir technologies experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and experience working in multi-vendor environments across different time zones.

Requirements:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to maintain a feedback loop between the Foundry Program and leadership, report program status, ingest organization-wide strategy, and identify opportunities for digital transformation through Foundry.
  • Collaborate with Platform and Data Governance teams to govern use cases by developing and enforcing processes from inception and scoping through launch and maintenance.
  • Define the program's high-level direction for processes and scaling by partnering with the Program Manager to guide governance, processes, and best practices across teams in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with domain leads to evaluate, prioritize, and approve or reject new use case requests based on the program's vision and organizational strategy.

Data Solution Architect – 100% Remote
Location - Bay Area, CA
12 months plus contract
Rate – DOE
Start – Immediately

Position Summary: We are seeking a Architect with a strong background in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the US healthcare sector and proven expertise in working with multi-vendor environments across different time zones. Palantir expertise is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and relevant executives to maintain a feedback loop between the Foundry Program and the rest of leadership. This includes reporting on program status, ingesting organization-wide strategy, and collaborating to find new opportunities for digital transformation through Foundry across organizations.
  • Collaborate with Platform and Data Governance teams on use case governance by developing and enforcing processes to ensure use cases comply with governance requirements, from inception and scoping through launch and maintenance.
  • Set the high-level direction of the program's process and scaling requirements by working with the Program Manager to use this vision to guide processes, governance, and best practices across teams and in cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  • Collaborate with domain leads to evaluate, prioritize, and approve or reject new use case requests, based on the overall vision of the program and the organization's strategy at that time.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Architecting and deploying scalable Palantir solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensuring AI solutions comply with ethical standards and industry regulations
  • Staying abreast of advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously innovate and improve solutions
  • Proven experience in Contract Life Cycle Management and Contract Decision Management implementation in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and managing cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Palantir technologies is highly desirable.
