Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially the Customer Service module, including CRM customization, custom entities, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for validation.
  • Strong skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas apps) and DAX for data modeling and reporting.
  • Experience with data migration and API integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related integration patterns.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, security architecture and governance for Dynamics 365 solutions, plus Omnichannel knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions (custom entities, plugins, workflows, JavaScript) with a focus on security models and out-of-the-box configurations.
  • Lead data migration efforts and implement API integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related tools.
  • Build Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas apps) and Omnichannel Customer Service workspaces, ensuring seamless integrations.
  • Define and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage security, architecture, and governance of Dynamics 365 solutions.
