Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially the Customer Service module, including CRM customization, custom entities, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for validation.
Strong skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas apps) and DAX for data modeling and reporting.
Experience with data migration and API integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related integration patterns.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, security architecture and governance for Dynamics 365 solutions, plus Omnichannel knowledge.
Requirements:
