Roles & Responsibilities

9-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
UI Builder proficiency (highest priority)

Requirements:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications with emphasis on UI Builder, CSM, HRSD, and portal development
Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs
Configure automation including workflows (Flow Designer), business rules, and scheduled jobs
Utilize Performance Analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize platform performance

Location- Remote

Description:

Senior ServiceNow Developer with the following skillset/experience
9-10 years of hands on experience as a ServiceNOW developer
- UIBuilder – This is becoming increasingly more important! – highest priority – should be proficient
- Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances) – should be proficient
- HRSD – should be conversant
- Portal Development – Angular/HTML/CSS
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps – REST, SOAP or other methods
- ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API's
- Automation – configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
