Role Description:
Assist a global, functional workstream lead in planning. organizing, and managing workplans, ensuring critical milestones are achieved for Day 1 integration activities.
The individual is expected to identify and mitigate risks / issues and tracking appropriate items in a RAID log.
Additionally, they will be responsible for weekly workstream reporting and should be able to create messaging appropriate for executive consumption.
The individual should also have proficient communication skills [both verbal and written], enabling them to lead and direct a team distributed across multiple regions.
Assist integration leads in organizing and planning efforts to achieve Day 1 success on a regional basis.
This individual will be required to understand the progress of each functional workstream and how that status intersects or supports overall integration efforts.
The individual must have strong communication skills [both verbal and written], as they will support resources across disciplines - all working towards a common goal. Individuals should be able to work autonomously and require minimal guidance to move work efforts forward.
Additionally, this individual may be responsible for weekly workstream reporting and should be able to create messaging appropriate for executive consumption.
Assist the IMO [integration management office] in PMO responsibilities, such as: governance tracking and administration, executive reporting, consolidation of materials, workstream support.
