Roles & Responsibilities

5-7 years hands-on implementation experience in APM and PPM modules of ITBM in ServiceNow

Requirements:

Implement and configure APM and PPM ITBM modules in ServiceNow with hands-on development and customization
Develop and maintain Service Catalogs and related workflows, UI, and client scripts
Integrate APM with ITSM, SAM and other ServiceNow modules; enable 3rd-party integrations via REST/SOAP/JDBC
Configure CMDB per CSDM 4.0 and ensure data quality; participate in Agile/Scrum delivery

Job description

Service Now Admin / Developer – 100% Remote
Location – USA
12 months plus contract
Rate – DOE
Start – Immediately

Must Have: 5-7 Yrs. good hands-on implementation experience in APM, PPM modules of ITBM (In ServiceNow) – Must Have
Hands-on Experience in developing Service Catalogs – Must Have
Working knowledge of integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM – Must Have
Well versed with CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework – Must Have
APM Certification (Must Have)
Experience in Configuring various ServiceNow ITBM modules (APM, PPM, etc.) – Must Have
Technical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functions
Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc
Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
