MySQL, Redis Support Developer – 100% Remote Location - USA Rate - DOE Start Date - Immediately
Role: Software developer with Kubernetes, Python, Backend who will work on Vitess, MySQL and Redis version upgrades support. The person will be working across teams to remediate common issues for database versions. Perform testing and provide tooling to keep up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and manage Vitess, MySQL, and Redis version upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and remediate common database issues across teams.
• Perform testing to ensure smooth integration of new database versions.
• Develop and maintain tools to automate and streamline database upgrade processes.
Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Python, Kubernetes, and backend development.
• Familiarity with Vitess, MySQL, and Redis.
• Experience with database version management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop tools and automation for database support.
