10+ years' experience in design and hands-on development of Java-based J2EE applications.
Experience with IDEs (e.g., Eclipse) and commonly used plug-ins and debugging techniques.
Experience with Java frameworks (Spring or similar), JSP/JSF/XML, and integration through Web Services/SOA; EJB with IBM WebSphere.
Backend/database experience including MySQL with PL/SQL stored procedures, ORM (Hibernate/JPA), Maven for build/deploy, and logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, DataDog).
