We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong experience in Data Warehouse migrations, BI, Databricks, and Big Data technologies. This role will support a portfolio of enterprise data projects within a Product-based SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a dynamic setting, and is confident in managing multiple concurrent data and analytics initiatives.
Lead and manage multiple complex data migration and analytics projects, with a focus on Data Warehousing, Databricks, and BI solutions.
Oversee project delivery in collaboration with Professional Services and cross-functional technical teams.
Maintain and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Work closely with stakeholders and technical leads to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Drive process improvement, resource planning, and proactive risk mitigation.
Engage in regular communication and collaboration with customers, including occasional travel to client sites.
Ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives in a Professional Services model.
10+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects, ideally in a Professional Services Organization at an Enterprise Software or SaaS company.
Proven experience delivering Data Warehouse migrations and working on data-driven projects.
Familiarity with Databricks, Big Data technologies, Data Management, and BI tools.
Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational capabilities — ability to manage 8+ projects simultaneously.
Adept at conflict resolution and customer communication.
Understanding of Professional Services operations and ability to drive delivery excellence.
Experience working with clients in highly matrixed enterprise environments.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Technical background or understanding of modern data stacks and cloud architectures.
Remote work is permitted, but candidates must align with PST working hours.
Occasional travel to customer locations may be required.
