Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst with hands-on work in SPM and ITOM (ITAM experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong requirements gathering, functional design, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting OS-related environments or IT operations in a ServiceNow context.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, contract environment.

Requirements:

  • Inherit and support an existing ServiceNow implementation focused on OS-related processes with minor enhancements.
  • Plan and execute expansions for SPM, ITOM, and ITAM modules as needed.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist with testing and deployments.
  • Document processes and support knowledge transfer, release management, and remote collaboration.
