8+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Information Security
Hands-on experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and internal controls frameworks
Strong technical background in Cybersecurity and Cloud Platforms – specifically AWS and Azure
GRC / InfoSec experience with demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements (FFIEC, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Requirements:
Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, including risk mitigation strategies
Manage and coordinate DR/BC initiatives and drive multiple projects with competing priorities
Assess RCSA processes and internal controls; support GRC and InfoSec programs to align with regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and ensure regulatory alignment (FFIEC, SOX, GDPR, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Information Security
· Hands-on experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and internal controls frameworks
· Strong technical background in Cybersecurity and Cloud Platforms – specifically AWS and Azure
· Proven experience developing and implementing Business Continuity and DR plans, including risk mitigation strategies
· GRC / InfoSec experience with demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements (FFIEC, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
· Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management practices as they relate to DR
· Experience working in Financial Services or Banking, with familiarity with regulatory standards
· Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
