Job description
Title; Farmer Mac - Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Washington, DC Position Type: Contract (04-06-2026 to 12-31-2026)
Rate: DOE
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager, ideally with over 7 years of experience, to lead data quality initiatives and some Salesforce (Service Cloud) implementation projects.
can be fully remote on a contract through year-end (end of December 2026)
Is the PM primarily focused on cleaning/migrating legacy data, or are they tasked with building a long-term data governance framework? Are there specific tools involved besides Salesforce (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, or MDM software)?
PM's focus will be working with internal team members (Data team, Data Architect, BA, Data Gov lead, Finance & Business leads, Executives) to manage the Data Quality and Data Retention programs. Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Oval Edge, or Brighthive (new platform we're exploring) experience/familiarity a plus.
Is this a "greenfield" (from scratch) implementation, or an optimization of an existing instance? It would also be helpful to know if complex integrations are involved?
Service Cloud implementation will be a new implementation effort. Other Data projects are already underway and not too complex integrations.
Will this person manage a team of internal developers and Client directly, or will they coordinate with an external partner?
Mostly internal dev, Client, and internal stakeholders from business units.
