Roles & Responsibilities

12+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, supporting, and monitoring IBM Sterling Integrator (v5.2.6+) solutions across modules and pipelines
Extensive EDI/B2B integration expertise using IBM Sterling Integrator; BPML and map development
Proficiency with EDI standards and data formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, JSON) and technologies (Adapters, FTP/SFTP, AS2, VAN)
Experience with DB2/SQL, XSLT, Web Services and APIs; Agile practice participation (backlog refinement, sprint planning) and technical leadership/mentorship

Requirements:

Design, develop, deploy, and monitor IBM Sterling Integrator-based EDI/B2B solutions across multiple modules and pipelines
Provide technical leadership and mentorship; collaborate with teams to refine backlogs and plan sprints
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex integration issues; ensure performance, reliability, and security of EDI processes
