5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes (Demand, Resource, Timesheet, Release Management)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, architecture, data modeling and integration capabilities
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities:
