TIBCO/ESB Integration Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO/CPI ESB Integration Specialist with over 8 years of expertise in TIBCO suite of products, Business Works 5.x & 6.x, and enterprise integration technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions, ensure system stability, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support: Provide advanced support for TIBCO EMS and related components, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain TIBCO EMS servers; manage patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Incident Management: Respond to incident tickets, document resolutions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Performance Tuning: Analyze performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct capacity planning.
Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and deliver training sessions for support teams.
Requirement Gathering: Coordinate with business users to capture requirements and prepare traceability matrices.
Design & Development:
- Design and build process definitions in TIBCO Business Works with appropriate data mapping.
- Prepare interface templates, high-level and detailed design documents, technical specifications, and code deliverables.
Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce standards for design, development, deployment, and testing.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide offshore development teams, troubleshoot critical components, and ensure adherence to SDLC standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Write Level 0/Unit test cases and ensure quality of deliverables.
Integration with SAP CPI: Design and implement SAP Cloud Platform Integration solutions, develop integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systems, and perform functional testing.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

8+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO suite (Business Works 5.x & 6.x, EMS, Administration).
Strong debugging, triaging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Java/J2EE development and PL/SQL .
Proficiency in Unix scripting , Oracle databases (9i/10g/11g) .
Familiarity with Client ALM for test management.
Expertise in SAP CPI integration and related technologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptive skills.
Ability to work independently and interact with clients regularly.
