  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience with EDI transaction documents development and integrations.
  • 5+ years of managing and leading teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA SD outputs and inputs for EDI.

Job description


Role: Technical Program Manager (Remote)
Work Time: PST

Tech Stack: SPS Commerce, iTrade (SCM), Integrations of EDI apps with SAP

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver EDI solutions for our Accounting, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams
• Manage relationships with Business stakeholders, IT Vendors, Customers, Vendors and 3PLs keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues
• Lead the EDI team, create a friendly and collaborative work environment, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance. Take action to cheer the team on each milestone and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.
• Work with Cloud providers and business teams to troubleshoot application performances on cloud environment and other business critical issues
• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to leadership.
• Lead the team with hands-on role on analysis and design of EDI solutions and processes enabled by S/4 HANA and SPS Commerce
• Establish best practices for existing and future EDI solutions
• Support QA process, educating teams on QA standards
• Create and maintain trading partner relationships and communication methods
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of any EDI/cXML failures and issues
• Manage production support and drive swift resolution of issues. Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
• Drive the analysis, design and development of enhancements to take advantage of new technology, tighten controls, or improve efficiencies with EDI applications, interfaces and mappings

Core Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent work experience
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• 10+ years of experience with EDI transaction documents development and integrations
• Experience with EDI transactions in both X12 and EDIFACT standards including EDI transactions like 810, 850, 855, 944, 945, 856, 867, 860, 865
• 5+ years of managing and leading teams in a highly cross functional environment
• Track record of end-to-end development and testing of transactional mapping and EDI interfaces to S4/Hana
• 3+ years of experience with SAP S4/Hana SD outputs and inputs for EDI
• Highly knowledgeable of business concepts (payables, receivables, purchasing, sales, order processing, distribution, etc.) and associated processes
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes
