Position- Gen AI Tech Lead
Location- 100% Remote
Position Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and launch of the Language Model (LLM) application, leveraging your experience in similar projects.
2. Provide hands-on expertise in technologies including Azure Open AI, Azure Cognitive Search, Django framework, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure App Service, and GCP services.
3. Oversee two projects concurrently, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration between teams.
4. Mentor and guide the onshore and offshore development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5. Bring a holistic approach to the projects, with a balance of backend and UI/UX experience.
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.
7. Act as a technical advisor, helping the team overcome challenges and providing insights into best practices.
8. Ensure the successful integration of Generative AI technologies into the application, optimizing for performance and user experience.
9. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.
10. Collaborate with other Tech Leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company goals and standards.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in implementing and launching Language Model (LLM) applications.
2. Extensive knowledge of Azure Open AI, Azure Cognitive Search, Django framework, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure App Service, and GCP services.
3. Hands-on expertise in backend development and UI/UX design.
4. Previous experience as a Tech Lead overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their applications in real-world projects.
9. Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
