Job Title: MCP Directory Review Specialist Duration: 05 months with possible extension Location: Remote
Pay Range: $100-$110/hr on W2
Job Description: We are looking for detail-oriented MCP Directory Review Specialists to join our Directory Operations team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the hands-on review and evaluation of MCP server submissions to ensure our Directory maintains high quality standards and provides excellent user experiences. This role is critical to managing the anticipated high volume of 1000+ submissions at launch.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough manual reviews of MCP server submissions against established quality criteria
Evaluate MCP server functionality, documentation quality, and adherence to protocol standards
Test submitted servers to ensure they work as described and provide value to end users
Provide clear feedback to Server providers on submission status and required improvements
Handle support inquiries from Server providers throughout the review process
Document review decisions and maintain detailed records for quality assurance
Escalate complex or edge-case submissions to the FTE team lead
Contribute to process improvements based on review experience and feedback

Have strong attention to detail and can maintain high standards under volume pressure
Possess excellent written communication skills for providing constructive feedback
Can work independently while adhering to established review guidelines
Are comfortable with fast-paced environments and changing priorities
Have basic understanding of APIs, software integrations, or developer tools (preferred)
