  • Lead the day-to-day operations of managed service creator programs, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and communication to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and distribute creator briefs, campaign guidelines, and reward structures, and assist clients with software support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Serve as the primary contact for creators and talent managers, maintaining clear communication to ensure understanding of expectations, deliverables, and program value and gathering feedback to optimize engagement
  • Track program KPIs and campaign metrics, build reports highlighting outcomes and recommendations, and surface trends and opportunities to guide strategic decisions

Our Creator Programs team is bringing an innovative suite of data products and influencer management services to the gaming market, combining our proprietary behavioral dataset, PlayDX, with proven marketing and UGC management techniques. The Creator Program Manager is a hybrid role that connects high-level strategy support with day-to-day program execution. Acting as both a strategic partner and operational lead, this role ensures creator programs are designed thoughtfully, executed flawlessly, and continuously optimized for impact.

This person will translate client and program goals into actionable plans, manage creator engagement and activation efforts, lead campaign rollouts, and oversee performance tracking and reporting. They’ll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across all active programs, providing key insights that inform long-term strategy and client success, and ensuring a positive experience for creators.

On any given day you might be involved in…

  • Program Management & Execution
    • Lead the day-to-day operations of managed service creator programs
    • Assist clients with software support and troubleshooting, as needed
    • Develop and distribute creator briefs, campaign guidelines, and reward structures
    • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and communication to ensure seamless execution
    • Track participation, engagement, and performance across creator programs
  • Creator Communication & Engagement
    • Serve as a primary contact for creators and/or talent managers, when applicable
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure understanding of expectations, deliverables, and program value
    • Gather creator feedback and sentiment data to optimize ongoing engagement
  • Strategy & Program Development Support
    • Work with the SVP to turn client objectives into executable creator program roadmaps and playbooks
    • Provide insights and feedback from execution that inform ongoing program strategy and iteration
    • Identify opportunities to improve creator experience, engagement, and retention
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Track program KPIs and campaign metrics to assess performance
    • Build and present reports that highlight outcomes, learnings, and recommendations
    • Surface trends, risks, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions
  • Collaboration
    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Campaign, Community, and Research teams to ensure alignment across client and creator needs
    • Support the SVP with insights that contribute to client retention and program innovation

To qualify, you have...

  • 3–5 years of experience in creator program management, influencer marketing, or community management
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with gaming and creator ecosystems preferred

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 (plus bonus)
